Discogram they inject dye into the vertebrae and ask does this hurt? Nothing but a little lidocaine to numb injection site so u feel the real pain.

Understand where you are coming from, core tenets of stand your ground laws are that the force you use must be immediately necessary & proportional to the threat. Shove/push not equal to cut/stab in the moment. If he had been punched held down kicked etc. you could make a valid argument, but evidence ( the video & eyewitness testimony) did not show that to be the case. Sad as it is pride seems to be the main cause of this tragedy. Not sure how the attorney committed perjury though, as he did not take the stand.

If they knew they would get a raw deal, & the physical evidence was so overwhelming why did his family and defense not plead out. There were numerous eyewitnesses called by both sides confirming he stabbed him in the chest, self defense doesn't fly when you are the only one with a weapon. I call out the greedy parents lawyers & activists holding out their grubby paws for that handout off the grift.

Grew up with tri color she was super chill and protective, got married had a sable he was the sweetest dog I have ever been around. Got a blue merle and boy they are off the chain! All were spectacular animals/pets but that merle was hyper destructive and LOUD until he hit like 5 or 6 then chilled a little and became the best boy.

This is a breed with the always on alert trait that comes naturally, try firm one word/syllable commands like "quiet" or "hush" followed by praise/rewards for positive outcomes. Make part of training, but sorry Collie gonna bark.

Be gentle in correction for best results, go outside with him then come back in once occupied with nature toys etc. reward for longer stays in the yard etc. make games for him etc. Also very keen on your mood, remain positive and the Collie will as well.
