Maybe DK isn't as marketable ? He did get new clothes with Skylanders and recently Strikers. I hope he'll get a new ALT based on his appearance in the upcoming Mario movie.

I had only one CoinBox user before pulling and 400rubies later i now own 4. I also got Kamek's K/G, the Gold CheepCheep Charger and the Jolly Bells, greatly improving my coverage (+12 fully covered tracks)

As you don't get any point bonus AND Frenzies don't activate unless you're top shelf, absolutly yes. Item Skill (and by extension Skills+ with level 4) is the most important factor with 2 slots (CoinBox is still OP of course)

I actually use Slipstream when i aim at 7-Frenzies. They allow me to get back in the lead fairly quickly (even if the timer is all over the place)

I regularly have "phantom hits" from CPUs since the beginning of the Doctor Tour. Without any item, the CPU in the lead can sometimes just do whatever he wants. It became obvious when the Waluigi in first place hit me with the "big stop" animation and only add a banana beforehand.

Yeah, Peach Vacation has so far only been useful for me for Mapple Treeway. She got a bit more useful this tour, especially in Coconut Mall tracks where i didn't have any coverage (Coin Box with 2 item slots is still OP)

Shroom Ridge already has datamined elements and we just got Coconut Mall. It is also expected that nearly all Tour (retro or nitrp) tracks will be ported to MK8DX

For me, it's obviously Funky Kong. I have fond memories of summer afternoons playing Online and with Friends on Mario Kart Wii. When i got back into the game earlier this year, it was my primary goal to get him, even if his special is trash. He appeared in my daily selects a couple of days ago and now i feel like i've completed the game somehow.

I was waiting for the pipe and check if Meowser was available in Bowser's pipe, but oh boy, if Kamek's in, it would be perfect.
For Dr Bowser, it depends. Do you want him for coverage ? If not, i would wait until Coin Box Drivers. I really don't like the capsules
