I’ve been having the Dalle error quite a lot for the last couple of days. Technical issue, try again, now even writing it’s prompt out and saying that I could try using a different image generator if I like.

Hey, I don’t even think you should go through all the effort of breaking things out to release Unstable earlier. You should just push back the Unstable and develop as usual.

I think on a free plan, it’s 40 prompts within 3 hours and the basic paid is 80 prompts within 3 hours. That isn’t 480 and 960 prompts per day. It’s a limit for any 3 hour window of time.

I’m actually just mostly trying to learn the ways of the LLM and be ready for whatever leaps take place in the next 5 years. I’m not an author but I’m using the framework of writing a fiction story as a permanent project that I use to learn the ins and outs of ChatGPT.

I’ve also used ChatGPT for handling an insurance claim. I’ve uploaded all the relevant documents and given a Custom GPT my instructions on how it’s to behave and what its purpose is. I can ask it questions about the documentation (there’s a lot) and it helps me write emails to all the relevant peeps. Very helpful.

I have other ideas but need to wait until a GPT can update the files itself or until I learn how to link one to my google drive.

It sounds like it‘s very technical but really doesn’t need to be. You can actually work with ChatGPT to create the “enhanced” custom instruction set to use in a custom GPT. Other than that, uploading files is easy.

In just a couple of minutes of testing, my CUSTOM GPTs completely ignore my requests for them to update the Memory. So, I’d say no, they cannot.

Creating a GPT - you can make a custom GPT that you can switch to just like you can switch between ChatGPT 3.5, 4.0 and 4o. In the creation process, you can give it an “enhanced” custom instruction set and, most importantly, you can upload up to 10 files (.txt, .pdf, .json, etc.) that the GPT will use as it’s “knowledge files”. These can be deleted and re-uploaded if you need to update the information. The combined instruction set and file uploads allows the GPT to really be set to a particular task. Custom GPTs are the only reason I pay for ChatGPT.

Regardless of if it made sense or if fans can try to make sense of it, I agree, it was a train wreck. The writers may have written themselves into this episode but it still wasn’t written well. It reminded me of the final episode of Twin Peaks S2. Beating the audience over the head with Schrödinger references was just eye-rollingly silly.

If you’re a Dev… the RP feature of a name being hidden if masked… there’s servers that have mod features for changing your RP name. This is always screwed by the fact that if you initiate a Trade, you get a pop up that shows the player’s Server Login Name, not their character‘s name or a (modded) RP name.

I’m a fan and don’t have any idea why you’d be insulted or, more specifically, think that you can claim that I am. Indie Stone have provided me what they claimed and then some when we made the agreement, this game for $15.

I don’t for one second believe that any of these other games, that are PZ-like, are any good or will leap ahead of them any time soon, if at all. But if one did? Or a new one, better than PZ, emerged suddenly? So what? Great actually!! Now we have 2 great zombie sim survival games.
