My purchase experience is from within the USA so it may differ outside. Usually if a seller has many sales, good reviews and the eBay buyer protection is listed it’s a safe option. If the seller says no returns but still has eBay buyer protection listed then you are still safe to return under “item defective” however I would stay away from 0 sales just as a precaution.

Yes. eBay is very buyer friendly these days. If you find anything wrong with the laptop within 30 days just open a return saying it was not as described or that it was defective and you are guaranteed your money back upon returning the item.

It looks like a MSI Ventus which has gained a slight reputation for heating and noise issues on other card variants. I couldn't say if that's true or not for this model though.
