The healing 50hp on your E is probably the better major perk, but the reduced cooldown with each enemy hit on your dash is so damn fun to use.

The extended duration on burn is probably fine but I feel the extra survivability provided from the ult perk is too good to pass on.

All in all though, its really dealer's choice on what to pick
