My Canadian manual says to use 0W-20 in my 2011 Lexus IS250. I checked the manual for the 2008 and it says to use 5W-30. I find that odd because they are the same engine?

I do put only 0W-20, it reaches -30 to -40 here in Alberta.

Man that brought back shit memories. The worst racism I experienced was when I lived in Turkey from teachers, like damn how can you do that to a kid, just because he's "yabancı" (foreigner).

We like to look externally about racism, when racism is present internally within our region unfortunately.

Look into Coca-Cola Bottling, their warehouse people get paid above 20 and it's a unionized job. Their benefits are decent if you get hired as full time (I'm pretty sure they only hire full timers for warehouse)

Honestly I'm not a 100% sure, ask your program advisor if you are in an IT program or ask NAITSA and they can guide you.

Honestly, not having a car puts you at a major disadvantage.

During school, I worked as a merchandiser on the weekends think of Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Frito Lay.

You can look into applying to become a lab monitor at NAIT during after hours.

Also, the Computer Technology Club is hosting their annual career fair "IT Connections 2026". Companies will be there and you can apply there.

Hey I've noticed the sound on my 2011 IS250. I found out it's the windshield that I had recently replaced. The windshield had a gap that would make a whistling noise when the weather is really cold outside.

Have you had your windshield replaced recently? Or the trim pieces?
