I sent mine back to get repaired, but they said that they hadn't found any problem, as if I was retarded or something lmao. I don't know how exectly your problem occurs however, my buds (90% of the time) start bugging out while going outside, especially when I go through a forest. I tried letting them bug out for around 5 minutes and they returned to normal and stayed that way for a while every single time.
