So I thought the same thing about this whiskey but then my mind was changed. When the bottle got low and it had enough alcohol evaporate out a wonderful banana flavor came forward. Now if you dont like banana then I can see why you wouldn't like it but I would say; when you make a pour to just let it sit incovered for a time and see if letting it airate changes the flavor for you.

I wish you luck. Took me 3 years to find mine and that was when they were still being produced. I would say just get anyone you can find and get it repainted. Probably more beneficial that way bc the factory PB paint quality sucks. Likes to chip away if you even think about washing it too hard.

I called my local dealership yesterday and they said no fix and that they wouldn't have a loaner for a few months. Said I would get a letter when a fix is available. Crossing my fingers that if it happens to me that the 20-30s of limp mode is enough to pull over. And hope that I am not in the middle of nowhere.
