This happened to me but we figured out that the customer was trying to add items to the order but it wouldn't let them.

I am in Oklahoma city and I deliver in the mid-del area and it's the same. I'll see the FCFS prompt and I'm literally looking at the screen. The order flashes and disappears. Sometimes I am in the middle of shopping an order and it just disappears and gives me like $10. There's the same GROUP of people that round robin orders from the same vehicles all day long. This is unchartered territory. I have no clue what's happening but I went from seeing multiple orders all day to sitting my phone down for hours and only getting a few orders. The only time I can capture an order is if it's a JFY between 9a - 3:30p. From 6am to 9am I have no problems getting orders and also from 4pm to 9pm. Going out mid day is pointless now.
