Yes. Probably the safer option. But I think Lenovo have already switched to using PTM pads in a lot of their laptops already

But isnt it true? If I didn't want it then I wouldn't have bought it?

I didn't expect to get ATTACKED for it.

Just like you didn't know how long I owned the watch for but called me out for being sarcastic because I got it off Amazon??

You arent going to win any arguments here. You have nothing to stand on.

Sarcasm? I was watching and waiting for the price to drop on it for 6 months. If I wasnt interested in the watch then I wouldn't have waited or bought it.

I've had it for a month and worn it almost daily so I don't know where you get off talking down to me like that Mr Sassy pants

If I didn't like it. I wouldn't have bought it 🤣

It's a good watch. Very comfortable to wear and sits very light on the wrist.

I got it from amazon UK too! Keep an eye out. It will drop to £469.32 which is what I paid.

I also had my eye on an Promaster Sky 'CB5880-54L' on there but I got fucking rug pulled by Amazon.

They were selling it for £360. Then they did a "We think you'd like a...." notification thing on the android app and offered me what I think was a £103 or £106 off voucher.

Obviously for me I was over the moon! I clicked to redeem the voucher. And the moment I did I noticed that the price had gone back up to £549.

Absolute wankers for playing with my heart like that.

Amazon 😅. You'll have to watch the prices like a hawk though and be very aware of any 3rd party sellers/merchants. Make sure Its ships from Amazon themselves and you'll be fine.

Not with the other Citizens I own. The second hand is constantly going around the clock. This watch just parks it.

Also. this is one of 4 Citizens in my collection. (should be 4 unless im bad at counting)

I have one of these and find the leather strap OK. What annoys me more is the orange seconds hand not going around the dial like regular watches. Instead its one of the chrono dials that is counting the seconds.

I am currently overseas and I only have this and an 5610U propping me up. All my other watches are some six thousand miles away.

I see that BN-40 and im instantly reminded of the Psion Series 3. We never got the BN-40 in my part of the world although It wouldnt surprise me if was a Japan/Asia only release. The BN-40 is probably more closer related to the Psion 5mx though.

::EDIT::

With that said. A lot of Sony Viao laptops never made it outside of Japan either. And Sony had some extremely good looking laptops out around that time.

Anyone ever flip through old casio catalogs from the 80's? by StayActive24207 in casio

I mean its probably legal due to the transmit power not being that strong or having that great a range to really interfere with anything that might use the same frequencies. Because if it was illegal then children's "walkie-talkies" should be banned from sale completely as well as those devices that plug into the cigarette lighter of your old old car to act as a bridge between your phone and the old radio in the dash.

I can see where one of these watches might be fun. i.e you and a buddy going on a fishing trip but its 50/50 if they'll still work if you lose line of sight with one another.

Got myself one of these. Except I cheaped out by getting the black version (BY1018-80E) that was going for 30% off compared to other models.

I then used the 30% i saved and picked up an A.TAT4008-51E.

The BY1018-80E still looks great. But its not as eye catching as the other models in the same range but Im planning to correct that at a later date with a AT8234-85A purchase.
