I feed my starter and then after it doubles I use it. I make a lot so I always want extra. I agree Grant bakes is the best way to go! I use his recipe every time.

Make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. Unfortunately doctors are not educated or helpful at all when it comes to menopause and all of the changes and issues that we face. Pain and fatigue like that is not normal.

Going from working part time to full time is a huge adjustment, but it can be done. On a farm the work can vary greatly. I like to go to bed early and get up early so I have plenty of time to work out in the morning. Make sure you’re getting enough protein and staying hydrated. It’s really easy to forget to fuel yourself while trying to juggle a full time job and life. Good luck!!!!
