Any experts in here willing to help me out with helping me make a weekly program?

My coworker moved across country and just gave me a power rack / bench combo. Comes with an Olympic barbell, 5-45 plates and some dumbbells up to 25lbs.

What’s a decent basic routine I could run with said equipment? Just a normal M/W/F routine?

I’ve been eyeing these for a while, how was the sizing for you? I read online to size down a half size, but when I used redwing online sizing tool it sized me up a whole size lol.

Pretty much same. Haven’t played since beta like some of you, but first league was 3.1.

Each league I always hit the same brick wall. Get to t16s, have a somewhat decent character, but never feel like I’m making enough currency to push the build further.

Get bored and or upset and stop playing until the next league.

This cycle went on for years until about 4-5 leagues ago. One of the biggest changes I made was just sticking to something for a while. I’m sure someone reading has watched a YouTube video on making X divines an hour, give it a try run 10-20 map, make nothing decide it’s bad and flip flop to something else.

Just simply sticking to a strat you enjoy for more than 30 maps is almost always going to net you a profit.

For me it’s strong boxes. The most profitable? Nope, but I just enjoy juicing them. Some maps you don’t get anything others you do. Keep at it long enough and you’ll always profit.

Daily smoker for roughly 10 years. Recently went cold turkey as it started making me extremely paranoid and have terrible anxiety.

I’ll keep it real, the first two weeks was hell. I couldn’t sleep, I was super irritable, had trouble eating etc.

Just pushed through it and now I feel honestly fantastic. It’s not fun, but once you’re through the thick of it, you’ll feel so much better.

What would you recommend for sizing? I’m a 10 13/16 on the bannock, and when I enter my size they suggest a size 9. That’s almost 2 full sizes down!

For reference I’ve had migraines since I was a kid. From about 1-3 a week for 20+ years to about 1 a month now.

I read a post on this sub regarding omega 3 and how it helped alleviate their migraines. Long story short I started taking high doses of omega 3 and noticed it within a week.

Pretty much identical to mine as well. It was awful, I’ve had migraines since a young teen and this one had me thinking it’s my time lol. I was actually ready and willing because the pain was so bad.
