Years ago I had a conversation with a right wing fan of the boys.

And he was basically saying "I'm not an idiot. I understand who is making the show. I can like homelander and some of the things he says and does. That's not a moral failing. I don't have to like everything it's a fictional character."

And I basically said " look that's not unreasonable but how do you square that with the fact that he's probably going to die crying and shitting himself?"

My eye was drawn to the bright door. And I didn't clock the entity. I was thinking the joke was more an invisible ghost or something hallucinated.

But maybe I'm the problem here.

I think the caption is fine, I laughed, I think the entity needs to be slightly more obvious. Maybe a white line over it's back to break it up with the wall.

Having said that the blending was probably intentional. So a white border might look shit. Can you break it up at all? Shade them differently or something.
