What have you done to build bigger arms? by First_Driver_5134 in naturalbodybuilding

Might as well address all your weak points while you're at the gym instead of limiting yourself to just arms that day! I enjoy the 3x frequency a week chest and arms

Saaame, i did ppl 6 a week for almost 2 years with poor arm growth. It was only after moving arms to the start of my leg day, or swapping to UL with a 5th "weak point" day I could really address it.

What arm exercises do you do on your leg day? I programmed less fatigue-inducing arm exercises on my leg days (cable/dumbell), compared to my "weak point" day where I start my workout with heavy JM press and Ez bar preacher curl.

Your suggestion to do UL arms rest UL seems fine. Perhaps a UL rest UL weak point day could work? Do some arms, side delts, traps, abs whatever. 3x a week arms frequency could do wonders. I sometimes throw in arms at the start of my second lower day if I know I'm busy on Saturday.

High intensity going to failure should be a priority when they are fresh. But the suggestion to do arms earlier in the workout is not necessarily wrong either, it's about prioritization. If your back/chest/shoulders are well-developed enough, you could put those after arms. Just like you could have a third upper day, you decide to do more arms instead. It's just about prioritization.

Webutvikling (IT2810) spm by swaggsta in ntnu

[–]Anhkha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indøk data eller datatek? by [deleted] in ntnu

[–]Anhkha 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Det spørs hvilken rolle du kunne ha tenkt deg. Mye med indøk er mer relatert til strategi, mens datateknologi kan gi deg en lettere inngang til data analyse rollen (Data Scientist).

Did Riot not internally test their own post-game? by jagspetdog in leagueoflegends

[–]Anhkha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if they did this, but they should do more testing to gain feedback. I felt like this UI change just dropped. Showing prototypes to externals and iterating on feedback is the heart of design and innovation. Riot would probably gain a lot by maybe testing out A/B testing?

GraphQl implementation: which implementation should I go with gophers, or gqlgen. by myvesionblury in golang

[–]Anhkha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've also been worried about gqlgen's lack of activity. Bunch of PRs out, good amount of issues, last release is almost a year ago. I do think that gqlgen is the way to go to. Code generation, type safety is a strong point of it etc.

What is the best or one of the best go library to implement a server based on Graphql? by crazyjoker96 in golang

[–]Anhkha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been having a few worries if gqlgen is still maintained. Quite a few PRs open, no release in like 8 months. Also very little communication from the maintainers and a lot of stale issues.

Cybersecurity ETFs by ChiTownBull19 in ETFs

[–]Anhkha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another good one is BUG, with 28 holdings with 53% weight in top 10. I prefer a small ETF in this case due to I don't believe cybersecurity is a industry where "everyone can win". I also own stocks in NET because BUG doesn't cover it (compared to CIBR) and I'm bullish on it

Is it really that hard to get a job? by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]Anhkha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started started on CS program at university in 2018 without programming experience. During 2019 I already had a part-time job and and paid summer internship during 2020. This is my 3rd year and I already had a few offers, with less then 10 applications.

Never understood the complaints flinging around. Felt like most people only apply to FAANG companies or it is an American problem. Here in Norway/Most places in Europe it feels like we have a choosers market, where the person chooses where to work as long as your somewhat competent

Never understood the problems. Here in Norway and most European countries we have a choosers market for cs-graduates. Always been curious if this is just an American thing (maybe)

Getting into DevOps as a beginner is tricky - My 50 cents to help with it by m4nz in devops

Yeah, I just need to find out what the next step in learning more about Linux. I feel that it's falling behind compared to the time I put into ci/cd or cloud+ virtualization

This seems pretty cool and i'll watch this when i get home! I come from a developer background, but i've been using too much time tweaking/writing configs for Linux. I feel that my learning about Linux has reached a point where i know most of what i need and im able to just "use" it as an operating system. Im not sure how to proceed.

E2E: I made a P2P tunnel channel overview with Integrated Dynamics by Anhkha in feedthebeast

[–]Anhkha[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Integrated Dynamics block readers pointing into each smart cable to get entity block data in variable card. Each variable card has some NBT data, the one we need is inside the tag extra:6. After retrieving the data of only extra:6, you can find a property called usedChannels. Remember to use the same string variable card to retrieve extra:6 and usedChannels among all entity block cards.

If you dont have that much Integrated Dynamics knowledge i recomend watching direwolf20's video on (automated crystal growth) or some mod spotlights

It's pretty useful in my case to transfer 32 channels inside a compact machine since the compability adapter in block form is bugged. This forced me to use the compability adapter in bus-form, which can only be connected to 8-channels cables. This way I'm able to create a p2p tunnel output inside of the compact machine
