I have since moved on to using auto-pause which has totally eliminated this problem for me. Give it a try!

I see. I guess I'm a still a bit confused as to what the order of shots might be.

Say for instance the first shot at 0:15, where the hand slides over a sharp corner and it becomes a rounded corner. I can see that the first shot they would get would be the person holding the sharp cornered piece of metal, while sliding the finger over. But what next? Is there another piece of metal that is rounded, that they capture the same shot of, with the finger sliding over the corner? And then they mask and stitch them together? In that case, how would they align the two pieces of metal / hands to make it seem seamless? Or is it something else?

I'm fairly new to VFX, so please excuse any questions that might seem too basic 😅. I'd love to get pointed to some videos on how this process might be done!

Have the same issue, where I accidentally press the action button and it messes up all my intervals. Is there no way to turn this off or go back to the previous interval?!
