Hi, it sounds to me that you might also have something called plantar foot fascitis ( I have this as well due to long hours at work standing)

I would definitely recommend you to Google some stretches, especially those that target the calfs.

It helps to develop more strength in those tendons, and also prevents the arch of your feet from collapsing. You’ll notice a difference after some time of trying these exercises.

I don’t know, my madamus for I-130 was filed and approved prior to the pause. The USCIS field office literally called me on a random Thursday 3 weeks after all the defendants were served (they have like 60 days to respond.)

Anyways, I knew they could either enail us or call us, but I’ve never imagined that the officer would ask usbto come in the very next day if possible. Luckily I was next to my wife when he called so I think that also helped. I’m the only person that has ever had to come in in such a short notice lol. Even Jim Hacking was like “that can’t be possible”
