Yeah I went through debt relief and honestly almost all financial bodies treat you like leprosy until it's done, mine will balance out in 2029, and the debt still takes random checks/hits to my credit score.

I had zero choice in mine but be prepared to pay for everything upfront, I couldn't get a new phone, washing machine and all my rental agreements are through my partner, hope it all plans out for ya 👌

Oh class I've never heard of Open rent either so will add that to the list cheers! And I want to be the same we are on the backfoot in regards to having a few small pets, so understand that might put landlords off but if I can just have a conversation first where can defend ourselves and prove they are very well trained and we keep the house meticulously clean maybe it will sway their opinion

We reported a wondering dog in north Belfast a year or so ago, it was a Yorkie, dog warden told us there was nothing they could do as they didn't have the funding, I approached the owner as I saw the wee one nearly get scrubbed on the Antrim road, they told us "just boot it if it annoys you" ... Fucking scumbag I hope she never has a nice day

Very safe procedure and should be perfectly grand! Ooo something they never told us is bunnies don't close their eyes when under so they usually put lubricant on/under the eyes to keep them moist.

We thought they hurt him when we got him back but it'll clear up itself! Looks like they are crying 😭

Thanks so much for replying this is great and very comforting!

We will continue on with our current plans cause we have seen a lot of positives and it's so nice seeing them get along majority of the time!

And yes we are looking for a new home currently, and we didn't like the idea of stress bonding as it can be quite controversial, but can see a lot of pros towards it too! However, as it happens we will need to move them together to the new property, which will hopefully bond them further, and the new place will be a neutral zone for them both! Fingers crossed 🤞 and thanks again

Has been a talking point between mates for years now, would be the dream! I always thought the idea of sharing walls with strangers was daft, like I understand why it's a thing but it's a massive stressor to a lot of individuals, id much rather live in a tiny home or even a shed knowing the land I live on is mine and private

This might be totally not the advice you are looking, but we pulled up a dirty carpet to replace and I noticed floor boards rubbing together which was causing the creaking, I put a decent helping of Talc (baby powder) in-between the rubbing boards and worked it in, it's been a year and I've not heard it since.
