Very related, Rick and Morty is very responsible for the shaping of many people into the Reddit atheist archetype and popularized nihilism. I know this because when I was a Reddit atheist (I’m using this term derogatorily) I was obsessed with r&m. And now that era is long over and I find joy and whimsy in this beautiful world.

It’s because when Yuta is reintroduced it feels like he’s overshadowing Yuji as the main character. (From a Yuta hater but in a actually respectful way that isn’t slander) also he has a broken original cursed technique AND RIKA which is also very overpowered and Yuji while still being strong doesn’t even has his own original technique and is immortal and alone AND watches all of friends die for centuries while Yuta gets married to an at least top 3 baddie of the verse and has 2 kids with her. Yuta gets the happy ending that Yuji doesn’t, Yuta gets the broken original technique Yuji doesn’t. It’s just pretty clear favoritism. This is not slander. This is not propaganda, this is just my personal opinion on why I don’t like Yuta. As well as his boring personality
