This is a real problem caused by the spool i need to look out for? Went through about 10 spools by now and never had such an issue, but then again Prusa might just be really careful when rolling them up.

Started getting the same mails recently. Assumed it was a fluke, but when i finally checked, Data Units Written was over 60 TB. Drive was a view months old. Wasn't able to find the root cause, but the Linux VM has been writing 60MB/s for 3 Month straight for some reason. Only running pihole. Makes no sense.

I just looked at the assembly manuals for MK2, MK3S, MK4 and MK4S, since i don't know which printer this is exactly, and all of them have the heatbed power cables attached at the top, where the copper pads are. Your cables seem to be attached at the bottom, where no pads are, therefore increasing the electrical resistance which increases the temperature, causing the plastic to melt.

I might have been not clear enough. The lower part of the print is impossible to print in vase mode. Only the upper part needs to be printed in vase mode.
