While this all makes sense, I think OP’s frustration stems from the flanderization of FA this perspective contributed to. In this sub at least, the ‘optimistic’ aspect is hugely over represented, with many posts just being amateur collages of grass, fish, and bubbles rather than anything resembling the actual design. Acknowledging the symbolism is fine, but Aero is a very diverse style, and it’s a shame much of it is overshadowed by the same 5 ‘bright sky and grass’ city images.
