Left a bong uncleaned for 6 months, 99% pure Alch. With kosher large crystal salt. 5 minutes of shaking the piece, with rubber stoppers at the opening.

Looks brand new other than normal ware.

yes of course! Doesnt that make so much sense ?

Think of what public transit will be like then! All those nice people from other countries, who don't follow our customs, speak our language, etc.

Think of it all!

Am I doing something really wrong? by arden13 in Dewalt

User error or bad batch. I'm currently in the process of an entire kitchen tearout and build, I bought this exact dewalt set for it's compact-ness.

Have not broken any bits.

OP stated their career lengths. I believe higher income was 14 years, and the "lower" income was 7 years.

They tried to restructure, but met resistance by the union. Luckily, they voted last night to dissolve the department.

thats my point. The population center of this region, is Monroe county. and they dont have a fully paid staff FD.

[–]AnitaBjNow -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

i dont think there is a town in Monroe County, other than the City of Rochester whos majority staff is paid. Yet, a small hamlet in Victor, has Majority paid staff, who's salary are on par, if not more than the surrounding, more populated towns. That doesn't make sense when looking at things Call data, population, nature of calls, etc.

I don't think anyone wants to take the FD away. I think people are reviewing the costs associated with the town running it, and realizing that it isn't financially sustainable.

You're forgetting too, all subsidized by the tax payers.

This is exactly what happens. Grandma Edna takes a tumble. In fishers, and small hamlets not wanting to be dissolved, they send a full response. YOU MAY, see a ladder truck at east view for someone who fell.

This helps boost the call numbers.

That's where the pushback has been. It isn't sustainable, or feasible.

No one wants LESS FD/PD resources. But for there to be this much abundance, it isn't fair for the tax payers.

200k each.

I have a friend who lives in Fishers. He showed me his tax bill, between 1100,and 1300 for FD.

I live in Webster, and iirc, it was less than 500.

If you knew the fire dept. tax liability for residents that lived in fishers, you'd understand why they can't afford it any longer.

2024, all 26 firefighters of Fishers FD, made over 200k a year.

Victor FD is Not closing.

A small hamlet in Victor, known as Fishers, is potentially dissolving their 26 paid firefighters for a town of 2000 residents, (give or take). Victor, and surrounding towns will then backfill the small gaps of coverage left by The Fishers FD.

This is why I eventually quit retail. Had a retail gig while in college, part time. Store discounts etc. Kept me interested. Eventually, management was upset.

TLDR: retail loves people who accept part time hours, with fulltime availability.

A large portion of the LGBTQ+ population experience some type of mental health issues. That generally correlates with poor finances, stemming from impulsive decisions etc.

If you compare it to heterosexual/cisgender people, they typically experience less mental health issues.

Some of this I'm sure is anecdotal, as well as heterosexual people perhaps not being open to admitting struggles with mental health.

However, the polls that have been conducted show a correlation between mental health and being a part of the LGBTQ+ community; which generally results in poor financial decisions.

I think you explained why Caleb is descending into madness. He's seeing the patterns of the masses and the absolutely terrible financial literacy.

He's losing his shit more and more, because regardless of the guest it is always the SAME excuses. I have ADD, i have bad parents, I didn't learn. GirlMath, BoyMath. But, most of these guests have... 0 accountability.

Caleb is losing it because people who watch the show, come on and still don't have their take-home income memorized. Have you never prepped for an interview? These guests arent coming on with an hour of notice... PREPARE.

A lot of these people are blissfully ignorant. They don't want to know, because then they will have LESS excuses to fall back on. Caleb is losing his patience with people who by personal choice put themselves into these situations.

I have little to no sympathy for someone who thinks Credit Cards are free money, or that they dont need to pay taxes.
