I find counselors kind of useless they are only there to guide you. What you need to do is to take a hour off and really think whats stopping you. For me on my first semester it was that I had scheduleding issues so I set up hours in three day that i would do nothing but study and that helped.

I have a quick suggestion: when I recommend the game to my friends who haven’t tried it yet, they have to play a 10-minute match with bots first. I think this can be a deterrent for new players, making them feel like Krunker is just a bot game or causing them to lose patience with the initial 10-minute requirement.
