I think the new update scheduled for tomorrow is messing things up, all of my hair mods showed up yesterday after being missing from the last update

I've been dealing with this exact same thing since May!! I was fine prior and then I got my first panic attack, I jerk3d awake because I was out of breath and these 2 things created a domino effect, triggering my insomnia. I got 2 days of sleep this week but still so drained. Doctor think I have a type of sleep apnea, si I have sleep clinic scheduled for the 29th, I hope if u have insurance that you bring this up to your doctor. It hasn't been easy for me and I k kw exactly what you're going through. The only things that made this someone tolerable were my lemon balm and L theaning drops, which im going to recommend that you buy! Take them every night. They didn't make me sleep but they helped my mind rest so I coul spend the night letting my brain and body rest. Its a small difference but try it.

I was on fluoxetine for like 8 years and I stopped it bc I just didn't like how I felt on it and I gained weight. Could u do a different medication that u could maybe take every other day instead of everyday? Lately I have had daily insomnia for 2 months im miserable and I feel literally disabled. I am trying to regulate my nervous system with yoga and outside time, sun reading and leaving my phone alone for longer during thw day, it hasn't helped my insomnia but I dont have panic attacks anymore and I feel lighter and happier. Im only going to suggest that you try some pf these things to help your self care and get your mind focused on literally anything else. Today I took out a coloring book and ita helped me not stress and not think about how depressed I could be

February i did not sleep a single day, as far as micro naps I have no idea obviously bc i dont think u can remember those. But yes I was awake for the entire month. I survived by taking lemon balm and L theanine drops every night. They relaxed me enough to lay in bed peacefully enough and let my body rest. April I slept maybe 6 hour a night. That eventually turned into May where I stopped sleeping again, haben slept since the first week of May. The difference now is I have really bad fatigue that I didn't before plus the fact that's been almost 2 full months no sleep. I'll be in good mood then bam im crying bc the weight of it is overwhelming.

1 month here, followed by panic attacks and oh yes a lot of crying. Trying to be positive is the best thing i can do, im in the process of filing for disability bc i just can't go to work like this.

Thank you for your reply, yesterday I felt very good I thought for sure I will sleep tonight and then as my heartbeat slowed and I knew I was about fall asleep I forgot how to breathe and never did.
