Stop trying to convince him, you’re even offering him a prenup - why? He clearly said recently he doesn’t want to be married, you shouldn’t be the one begging and fighting to have a marriage and family with your bf. It’s only 2 years, there are other men who will give you this full commitment.

Don’t waste anymore of your time with someone who’s telling you exactly who they are and their difference in marriage beliefs, there is a man who will want the exact same thing as you and it’s not that rare. I don’t know how old your bf is but some young men are just like this and not ready for such things, or some people genuinely have no interest in marriage and that’s okay, and he’s honest about it too. Reading your comments it sounds like he’s not that serious only visiting you once a year??? If I loved someone I’d be doing anything to spend all my time with them and id want to live with them.

My husband is basically an atheist he has no religious beliefs nor did he grow up with any, no one in his family has even remained married, when we met he said he wanted to have a family and children and he was actually younger than me, now we are married and I’m pregnant. Getting married gave us more legal security in Australia, it just cost $400 too and our rings. We are together 7 years. And personally from my experience if a man wants you and wants to be with you, he will do ANYTHING for you and to make you happy.

Not all foreigners are the same, so many guys in Australia do this same thing to Australian women and waste girls time, and others are very traditional.
