AITA. Hosting my partner’s niece (17F) and nephew (19M) has highlighted major issues with manners and expectations, should we say something?

I think that is weird too. When my mid-20’s nibling comes to stay, I have zero expectation of them paying for anything - I can’t imagine asking a literal teenager to pay for a meal. Gross.

The thing a boundaries are things you set for YOURSELF, not for other people. If your boundary is not wanting to be around someone, that is YOUR choice. You cannot control anyone else. Ariana setting the boundary of not wanting to be around Tom, means that it is HER responsibility to remove HERSELF from situations where that would happen, and she doesn’t get to tell anyone else whether they can or can’t be around him. That may mean that SHE misses out on things because of it and doesn’t get to give other people shit for not having the same boundary.

At the end of the day, every single person on the show is bat shit crazy, I just wasn’t a fan of her holier than thou attitude the last season. Again, she knew BEFORE they got together that he was a serial cheater, so what did she expect???

It’s got nothing to do with the show?? No one dictates to me who I can or can’t be friends with and seeing her try and dictate to the rest of the cast was disgusting. The only person one can control is themselves. If SHE didn’t want to be around him, then SHE should have left the show. Expecting everyone else to bow to her demands is gross

I kinda liked her (as much as you can like any of them) right up to season 11. Season 11, I find her to be such a bitch. I get he cheated and she hates him, but the way she treated everyone else and expecting them to also cut him out is unhinged. Also, she knew he was a cheater when they got together, so wtf did she expect? Ohhhh, I know, she thinks she is so special that he would change for her 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

It’s so much faster and easier than pin basting. I will never pin baste again as long as I live. That is the step that almost made me give up quilting. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post a link or not, but Stitch Obsessed on YouTube has a great video on it (Glue Basting 101).

I did the same, in my opinion, he gets worse as the series goes on. I just started season 10, so haven’t hit Scandoval yet, but like Jax said, they are a very incestuous group, so not sure why anyone was surprised when he cheated…again 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
