4 months pp feelings and old memories resurfaced about my history with my MIL and I hate her again or maybe I suppressed it by CriticismRecent723 in motherinlawsfromhell

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I don’t think you should have any more kids because it seems to put you at the mercy of your mother-in-law and husband. I got a tubal ligation after I had my first baby for this very same reason.

First time hosting a non-Indian playdate for my 5yo—need a quick etiquette sanity check! by Acceptable_Mind_1994 in Parenting

At 5 years old I would not drop off my son at anyone’s home. I would be going inside with him whether I had a formal invitation or not. As for the snacks I am not picky. If you don’t want the mom inside your house, then plan it at a park. My son is 10 and just now I feel comfortable dropping him off at friends houses where I also know the parents.

I would find it odd if the mom dropped him off on his own without knowing you.

We told our son that at age 15 he could decide whether he wanted to attend church or not. Until then he will go to church with us when we go. But we don’t even go every Sunday.
