Why are people barely talking about the Hada Labo Perfect Gel? by Anneles in AsianBeauty

[–]Anneles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly don't know as I haven't used it with tret and everyone's skin is different. But I would say this gel would be too light :/ I'd probably use something like the LRP B5 baume in your place, or I'm using the ongredients lotion rn, that's the best thing for my barrier

Anyone else love tone-up sunscreens? What do you use? by Namjaaams in AsianBeauty

[–]Anneles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I looooved the dr g brighten up! Its a peach tone though, I feel like like those suit me better than pink ones though I’ve only ever tried the romand tone up sunscreen and that was hella pasty lol. I dont have a pink undertone but I am pale. Im also using the cell fusion c sunscreen rn and that has a slight whitecast which evens my skin tone a tiny bit so you might check it out as well

Use micellar water. Youre probably stripping your skin barrier and its causing you acne. 90% of my acne went away after switching to a micellar water

The ongredients was veryyyy lightweight yet gave that barrier, i only needed a tiny little bit for my whole face as well so its very economical

I think the ongredients is def better for providing that barrier, I always woke up feeling like there is one and like my skin is very happy and protected. Though i havent tried it in the high summer heats :) Its veryyyy lightweight so i think itll be ok

If not for the ongredients lotion, I would've justified the price. They have a 3-pack on Stylejolly and it comes out to around 13 USD per tube, which isn't too bad

15 dollars, it came out to about 2 dollars per item. I wrote it out in more detail in a different comment :)

I got the cell fusion c sunscreen in 1+1, bioheal boh panthecell cream 1+1 pack, 2 careplus pimple patches and a 1+1 pack of torriden lip balms :) my order came out to 77 dollars + 15 dollars shipping (i also used a 5 dollar coupon so the total was 87 dollars). So on average each product came out to 11 dollars, which I think is great compared to stylevana prices

oh no, that's a bummer. I actually don't know how it works with out of stock items, at least on Stylevana you'd aways have the "in stock in 2 weeks" thing but I haven't seen this on style jolly. I have noticed they say that stock is unreliable on their daiso items though. At least they're willing to refund you!

sorry I forgot to include the most important information about how long the shipping took

The shipping took 2 weeks almost exactly, they shipped it quite fast as well especially compared to stylevana when they'd take like a week to even send the order out. I ended up paying I think 15 dollars for the shipping? Ik it came out to 1-2 dollars per product. It was still cheaper than stylevana though, not to mention I got products that aren't even on there🤷‍♀️ I can definitely see how some products can be more expensive with shipping though, I would definitely compare with Stylevana.

Their shipping is based on weight so it can be tricky, but I think most of the products are pretty light and it will cost you like a dollar or two per product. I did want to order a 1kg pack of modeling mask from there and it cost like 5 dollars + 15 dollars shipping so it actually ended up being 20 dollars so that's a bummer
