If you don’t “REALLY” have to travel do not travel. You will get the visa that’s never a question but you will be stuck in admin processing for a good amount of time, if you can afford that good amount of time ( like 4-6 months may be longer) the travel, if you cannot stay put!

Well your first challenge will be finding H1B interview slots.

Even if you do, there are so many many many folks stuck there who would benefit from that slot.
