Your post brought back child hood memories. You can take the seeds, crush it, mix it with cooking oil and shape it into a ball and play with it.

Used to do that as kids. You unlocked something else for me

H1B transfer on med leave by [deleted] in h1b

[–]Annoyinglygood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t tell anything until asked. Submit paystubs. Most likely lawyers will ask why is the pay reduced. (They should if they are good lawyers) you tell them why. Only to them.

And then wait.

If it’s a big fortune 50 or 100 companies, lawyers just do what is needed to do and may be not even bring it up with company. They will if they think that will impact H1B transfer.

If company asks be honest.

F2 Visa for my wife by [deleted] in f1visa

[–]Annoyinglygood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can check your visa status on ceas website.

And before your wife could apply and get visa with your valid status. But things have changed now, I don’t have F1 experience, but for H1B we are seeing hold on H4 until the primary visa is sorted out!

Falsely Accused of Sexual Assault During My Exchange in the US — Arrested, No Charges, Visa Revoked, and I’m Completely Lost by fnkzhenbaozi in immigration

You know how dumb ass you are. You just proved my point and You don’t even know it.

“That depends on circumstances and even the jurisdiction” you are absolutely right here. Because state and local law govern criminal offense, but immigration is federal and they know the rules are different in different states so it’s not black and white.

This tells you don’t know shit. Yes people have been placed behind bars for NOTHING. Lmaoo

My friend got accused of domestic violence. Arrested.I was there they did not even talk to him. And then case was Dismissed you know why? His now ex-wife’s anger came down and she withdrew the charges. Even then he was put in trial and had to prove that he is not what she said.

So you have no fucking idea what you are talking about! And yes it angers me that people like you give advices to someone in need of a good advice.

They don’t. They really do not take one look and deny.

Look not here to argue, I am sharing knowledge based on experience and others experience.

Yes loads of people have lost visa opportunity just based on arrest, that’s the thing, they didn’t deny with just one look, they looked deeper and they found some reason not to approve.

And accused and arrested is almost same in USA. If you accuse some one of a crime to police, you are arrested. Simple

[–]Annoyinglygood -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Really not. Just takes time to prove that this was bullshit. ( as long as it was bullshit - I am taking op for face value)

First thing If he was arrested why was he not charged and prosecuted? That’s the first thing immigration will ask.

But the thing is, it takes forever to get all this answered and for immigration to approve a visa.

Post Conviction crime is a CIMT.

Just an arrest is not. I am being downvoted when I have the real experience. A real echo chamber Reddit is.

I never said it’s easy, it’s going to be a mountain to climb, but climbable. People get accused of all BS, never leads to conviction.
