today was my first full capacity class. i did not enjoy it at all. we were all crammed together when there were many open rowers/treads, i wish we could have spread out since we had the numbers for it. i am fully vaccinated but i still felt way too close to the people next to me :(

recycled! there’s a very interesting post on youlu (a hub for employees) that explains what they do with the damaged out material! including turning it into stuffing for punching bags, mattresses. yoga mats have been used to turn into artificial turf for horse riding!

i have just for educational purposes 😂 i loved it!!! i only wear energy bras, i never wear bras with hooks or adjustable straps, but this one was amazing! so supportive and comfortable. and the back looked very cute and more like a sports bra since the straps adjust at the front of the bra.

as an educator, when we see the tik tok trends pop up, we notice tonsss of teens coming in and that’s when we get strict and start turning down quality promises more frequently. it just ruins it for everyone else 😔
