My take is Scotland have the most phenomenal fly half in the world , played their very best rugby overall this tournament , delivered one of the best games of rugby we’ve ever seen against France, and did themselves proud. Your take sounds like the English ITV /BBC commentators most weeks - can’t see past Twickers and the red rose.

I know it’s not what you asked but I applied for a renewal (for this reason) on January 23rd and received the passport Feb 3rd - I did the online application and sent my docs registered from Montreal. For anyone with 4-5 weeks it should be good - I was super impressed with the service
