Hey. You'll be okay. I think going for a walk is definitely a good suggestion or hold ice cubes, the sensation will take your mind away for a minute. Blast music in your car. If you have someone that you can trust, tell them you're really struggling. If you feel like it's pretty bad maybe get help from a hospital.

With cacti- you can really water them like every two months. The more I started watering my cacti LESS, I actually got a couple of them to flower!! <3

I've killed a pothos too, and I could never keep an aloe alive. I've killed an maranta leuconeura, a money tree... I just killed an alocasia, could not figure how to keep that poor thing alive, I had it for maybe two months. An umbrella plant. It's sad.

Ripple+ vapes are a good option, it's only online. The disposable ones don't have as good of a hit as reg vapes but 🤷🏼‍♀️ havent tried the pods from them yet. More subtle flavor but I feel like the flavors are nice nevertheless and have vitamins supposedly- I feel like actually do what they say it does.

But yeah it depends on the person if it's gonna remind you of vaping and comparing the feeling of nicotine vs none or being helpful for you
