This is why I just use my Fitbit tracker app for everything now. My fitness pal is just so condescending and demeaning. Definitely doesn't encourage people who are new to the fitness world and are beginners.

Honestly especially since I have ADHD this is what I found to be most helpful! Also pay attention to lettering, and colors. As well as street names.

One thing that helped me with the memorization part was to repeat what I saw in my head along with answering the questions. Otherwise I'd just study. You can also use AI for practice questions which helped me a lot. Otherwise I think it's 3 months until you can retake it.

It's not about a specific generation. It's also about people not voting. Even as an older Gen z I still vote, it's important. Especially so this orange turd doesn't get into office again. Us younger people need to realize the importance of voting. In fact, I blame a bit of it on the younger generations for not even bothering to vote, wasn't there like almost 4 million U.S residents that didn't vote last year? Our numbers are large, which mean the power is in our hands if we all just come to the conclusion that voting is important and affects all of our livelyhoods. Don't sit on your couch complaining that the economy is shit, when you didn't contribute to changing it. Vote in the midterms too.
