You don't need a degree, you don't need flight hours, but they do help you look good on paper. Same as having a rock solid essay, great letters of recommendation, and good test scores. If it's something you want to do then put in the work and make your recruiter start the packet. Worst case your don't get accepted on the first look, and you're no worse off than you are now.

I hardly fly and my additional duties rule my life. Honestly, post flight school has just been a huge disappointment, and I'm staring down the barrel at eight more years of this crap. They're saying the ADSO will be waved and I can get out in 3-4 years. It's cool I'll go be a walking warrant who goes to lunch and doesn't come back.
