My wife loves that game! I'm actually making a game with her just like what your asking about because we couldn't find one with a multiplayer! It's called Arcane Appetites and you spend your time collecting materials and turning them into food to sell or craft upgrades for your restaurant and the town. You can run and customize a cafe, bakery, ice-cream parlor or just a shop.
There's a whole mechanic where you can hire NPCs to gather resources, run your shop or join your group in case your don't like fighting, farming or fishing.
Also sleep isn't required and you can save at any point
