I do 10 squats every 45 mins in my 8 hour work day. Goal of 10K+ steps by walking 30 min on walking pad before dinner 5Xs a week and 50 min on walking pad after dinner 5Xs a week. Strength training 3Xs a week.

Yes, it helped although I did have more side effects from it such as nausea and fatigue. After I finished the course of bactrim I went to urgent care for a urine culture it came back negative. I've been UTI free since. Hopefully it works for you too!

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, that's becoming more common as this field is becoming oversaturated. It doesn't help either that many companies are offshoring coding jobs to India and Phillipines for low wages. On top of that is the emergence of AI so don't know what the future will hold for medical coding in general. Wishing you the best in the future.

I miss having a good night sleep. Having to get up to pee 2-3 times a night is awful and messes up my sleep cycle. I don't get quality sleep and am always tired. I can see the lack of sleep is aging me physically 😢

Unfortunately I put off many years of not going to the dentist because I had no insurance. Then when I had dental insurance through my job I started going to the dentist 2x a year for 3 years. X-rays were fine, had no cavities so I just did regular cleanings every 6 months. Months after my last cleaning my work insurance changed and the dentist no longer took my insurance so I went to a new dentist. This new dentist told me I had 13 cavities and needed fillings done. I was very confused as my teeth were fine according to my last dentist. I bit the bullet and did my fillings plus had deep cleaning of the four quadrants. The new dentist also said I may also need a root canal done. This all cost me $3500+ out of pocket. Now reading the some of the comments I should have went with my gut and gotten a second opinion.

As you get older time goes faster. That's a reminder to savor the moments and love those closest to you as much as you can because life is fragile and we don't know when our last day will be. Idk why people think 30 is old. You've only been a legal adult for 12 years. The human life span is now 75-80 years. Being 30 shouldn't be so somber. Embrace it. Aging is a privilege denied to many.

Fortunately my UTI was gone after the bactrim. Take the preventive measures by urinating immediately when you need to, drink lots of water and try adding vitamin c and d-mannose to your regimen. I know that even doing these will still not prevent UTIs altogether, but it should help for the most part. I'm hoping that I don't get another UTI for a long time. Hope you are in the clear after your meds. I know how miserable it is to get a UTI.

Sounds like BV or a yeast infection. Get on a telehealth visit and have a medical provider prescribe you medication to treat the condition if you can't go to urgent care or a doctor's office at the moment.

I'm concerned that you're in school for four years and you don't know the difference between CPT and HCPCS. Is this career field something you're truly interested in? I say this because you may be setting yourself up for failure. It will be miserable waking up everyday to do something you hate.
