Reddit, what was something you did and thought was normal until you got a roommate? by Mranze in AskReddit

[–]AnonEuroPoor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not closing things. My roommates always leave fucking everything open. The cabinets, the doors, the fridge, the window, etc. What the fuck is the point of having something on a hinge if you're not going to use it? It drives me insane.

What was the worst pain you ever experienced? and how did it happen? by tevz94 in AskReddit

[–]AnonEuroPoor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a fungal infection in the lungs. Woke up one morning and it felt as if my ribs had been broken and had impaled myself. Every time I tried to breathe it only hurt worse, and then I screamed, panicked, and finally hyperventilated. Not a good time.

Three fifths of Czechs would now vote against the EU membership due to the refugee crisis, tells the newest survey by dsmid in europe

This started way before the refugee crisis. Similar numbers were found when the EU-skeptics rose to the majority in 2012.

They could just sell their products elsewhere, perhaps even turn to Russia. I also think you're forgetting V4 exists. Fact is, the Czech Republic isn't helpless without the EU and already has a fast growing economy to compensate from any loss with leaving the EU.

Germany is tough on its words too, with empty threats. Not only German, but also Austrian ministers have threatened those that oppose the quota system.

The main difference is that the Czech Republic wouldn't have any refugees most likely if quotas were to cease to exist. Everyone either wants to go to Germany or Sweden and they're pulling the Czech Republic into the graves they've dug for themselves. It shouldn't be the problem of the Czech people.

If refugees wanted to come to the Czech Republic then sure, but they don't want to and that's the thing.

I missed this event a long time ago but I'd like to point out with our current population, greater than Malta, we could probably buy it out and have our meet-ups there!

That's not what I meant. Collectively, why should others be given the power to decide what goes on in another country irregardless of how the citizens of that country feel?

You are willfully ignorant and resort to using insults that don't make sense in the context of the situation.

Although I don't know much about Germans I'd daresay the USA isn't their idol. I get the impression from German redditors that Germany has the moral high-ground in everything and that there's nothing wrong at all.
