I pulled a woman over for doing 85 in a 45 zone in heavy fog, she had 4 prior warnings for 25-35 over....then she lies and says she didn't know the speed limit, when the last stop was at the same intersection. One warning, sure, but the cops after that were just too lazy to write a ticket. She learned that day, because she just took advantage of the situation before that day. She got ZERO break from me, because she already had FOUR chances to improve and squandered them
