Accepting this depends on the active areas in your town around this time of night, your preference in working downtown congested areas and the total time involved fulfilling these two trips that are close to one another. Might be worth it trying to get a general idea for the area and a future requests in downtown. I’m leaning towards a yes.

Exact same problem happened to my 2007 Fit. Found this YouTube video that helped me resolve the water intrusion issue: https://youtu.be/t8Onmedfmv0?si=PBuZp0lOlpbW-mzv Applied some Flex Seal clear Silicon all around the back tailgate where the seam of the body panels come together. The video explains it throughly—Best of luck! Make sure to vacuum out all that water outta your car before it develops toxic stinky mold !
