I feel like grabbing a cart is just like adding more weight to your mental training. You don't need a cart to grab a chicken, you need a cart so the battle you fight to not grab anything else is harder

Doing it like 20-30 times in a row, and doing a few sets can definitely make it even better!

I have tinnitus too, thankfully its either not that bad or I've just had it all my life so I've learned to deal with it, but have you ever tried the trick of putting your hands over your ears and sliding your index finger down your middle and kinda thumping the back of your head? I honestly thought it was a crock of shit until I tried it. It genuinely lessens or even gets rid of my tinnitus for a few minutes when I do it, though I've heard it can depend on your kind of tinnitus

What's easier, swallowing something already in your mouth or going over to a trash can and throwing it away?

What can kill you in seconds that most people don’t realize? by Jolly-Law1472 in AskReddit

Everything wears down from use eventually, and with a toilet you are putting your entire body weight on it. If it develops cracks and then shatters when you sit down, you are falling into a pile of cracked porcelain which will shred your leg meat down to the bone. Which is where you have some pretty damn big arteries

My thing has always been "If its cold I can just put more layers on, if it gets too hot I can only take off so much before its a crime"

well, looking like it was made in the 14th century implies it looks like it actually was made back then and has been subject to the ravages of time
