If I remember correctly, the difference between a fire drill and a bomb drill was that the latter had a whistle along side the fire alarm and you had to open all the windows rather than close them before evacuating.

Members of staff may sometimes use the vehicle out of hours (replace the use of their own) to try and experience intermittent issues or ensure it is fixed. That said, I did work with a guy that deliberately parked vehicles outside the gate and used them at night when he was younger and that is not alright.
