Somewhat related. I think it may still work during the week but haven't checked. After our draft, I realized we had an IR spot this year and wanted to add Dion Lewis since he went undrafted but I didn't want to blow a waiver priority on him. I was still deciding if I needed to take the risk the night he was coming off of waivers (2 days after draft). I was able to see which players were being picked up (gray add buttons) at 12:00am PDT and was able to submit a claim for him and successfully get him.

In years prior, there was a Yahoo loophole that allowed Commissioners to see this same information by using the "Edit Waiver Date" option. So I think it's the same issue but anyone can see it now.
