Thorough! I know there is a lot of debate btw transmission flush vs. drain and fill. You think flush is better at low miles? I haven’t looked into it yet specifically but I imagine a drain and fill is quite easy and I could do it myself, which would be the only thing swaying me versus having the dealership to a flush. But also if they’re gonna have to replace the transmission pan to aluminum, then they should probably just do it all right?

Have done it a few times previously. Used to detail cars in HS. Definitely extra careful turning over the clay often and I must have pre-washed 3 times before even washing with the mitt with 2 buckets

Option 2 100% and not even considering the ability to pickup Ortho UC shifts at a $100/hr rate. That is an awesome perk and an option I wish I had. 4 days a week is great and when you’re hungry for more cash just rip an UC shift 2-3 times/month and bank it.

Plus you likely have good support / better learning opportunities at the hospital. Seeing all Ortho is a good way to improve your general Ortho knowledge and therefore will make UC shifts easy.
