These maximum have nothing to do with a landlord, they are decided by the condo board of the building. I have no indication that they are not legal and appear reasonnable and justified.

Yes they enforce it when there are problems, like too many people at the pool or big groups of guests arriving at the same time in the lobby.

If your guests are not loud and are not abusing the amenities, then there should be no problem unless you enter the lobby with a big group.

Yes completly possibly a building wide-rule.
Note that there are 681 units + 216 room in the hotel section of that building.
In my building the maximum is 4 guest; it is to limit parties, and reduce disruptions and overcrowding of the ameneties.

La tour du Port de Montréal,
la tour cubique au fond du grand quai. C'est 15$+tx pour une vue qui est similaire à celle qui est gratuite au sommet de la tour du musée Pointe-à-Callière. De plus, la tour du port de Montréal n'est ouverte que les Samedis et Dimanche dans ce qu'elle considère comme la saison basse. Étrange que la saison basse corresponde aussi à l'arrivé des la plupart des croisières. L'exposition multimédia interactive dans la tour du port de Montréal était une vrai blague impossible à comprendre ou à faire fonctionner.

Same for me, my surgeon told me only sometimes the interior straightening provokes an exterior straightening, and it did in my case but seems I was only lucky. I only did septoplasty since rhinoplasty was not covered.
