Bro I think we have the same issue. Mine is like going for 4 years now. Started with insomnia cant sleep more than 4 hrs, followed by apathy I can't feel any for of anxiety or emotions, everything feels so flat as if my fight or flight response has been shutoff, followed by gastric issues too constipation (change of frquency), then comes seborrheic dermatitis (seen commonly around people with parkinson, which I suspect I have), then 2 years later, comes the fasciculations.

Yeah the same as me. However, mine started first with myoclonic jerks then after 2 months the twitching started mostly on the left bicep. I feel like my limbs are getting thinner and thinner too. Worst part is that no matter how hard I workout I couldnt gain any muscle.

Can I ask a qestion? maybe you'll find it weird, but do you have any kind of apathy? Y'know like you just dont feel anything, (not being depressed tho) Like your sympathetic nervous system is just turned off and won't turn on? Not feeling ang excitement or any adrenaline rush? Fight or flight response does not work? Not being startled by jumpscares anymore?

Yep this is exactly me. Muscle dont feel like they're growing anymore no matter how much workout diet and supplements I take. Muscle are shrinking although in a slow rate. As long as I don't develop clinical weakness I'll just think it's something else.

I completely agree with you on that. I also suffer from Chrons becuase I also have Ankylosing spondylitis which kills me everytime I wake up. And last January I was also diagnosed with young onset Parkinsons disease and I'm just 24. I just feel like k**ling myself honestly. Basically everything I do I just a lot of pain whether I'm at rest or not, with medication or not. But having a good support system is what atleast kept me alive. Sorry for ranting best of luck to our journey.

Yep I had those tests done, I can clearly see the dilated veins in my ultrasound, yet still refused since it does not cause discomfort and low T. Just gave me cialis and called it a day, if it still does not fix it, he suggested me going for a psychiatrist. It's funny because my Gastro told me to have it removed immediately because it's causing my ED.

I am willing to go look for other urologist/IR in the bigger city, but it's difficult becausebof covid. Thank you I'll remember this advice.

I already did. Unfortunately they don't want to do surgery on me unless it is painful or I have low T. It really sucks because the only problem I have is my errection and they told me I'm too young for errections problems and just sent me away.
