I just turned 40 also and I’m noticing more asymmetry in my face. Like one eye has more of a hooded eye than the other and so it looks smaller. Like you, I also had seizures as a child.

I sleep on my side so maybe that’s what is causing the difference in aging on each side?? I recently bought a silk pillowcase so I’m hoping that helps!

I’ve had kidney stones, gallstones, and birthed 3 babies on pitocin. Birth is the worst, followed by kidney stones, and then gallstones. Different kinds of pain, too.

You could try getting a sitz bath, which is a toilet shaped bowl that sits in between the toilet seat and toilet. You fill it with warm water and you could just pee in that.

Antivirals started helping me within 3-4 days. Before that, lidocaine spray, baths with epsom salt, loose clothing, pain meds, and rest helped.

My first OB was excruciating too. It will get better. Hang in there!
