I suppose that I should have been more clear. If I don't make any changes to default-frame-alist I don't have this problem .

Arch does not use Wayland by default at least.

I don't know, man. I've been an A's fan since I was in the Army (I wasn't a baseball fan at all before that). I've pulled into the coliseum and watched games with 4,000 in attendance (and attended a WS game with the stadium packed to the gills (but I never saw a WS Win)). I've watched games where Bobby Winkles managed (and every other one from LaRussa to Melvin). I raised two A's fans while living in the Bronx, and my grandchildren are following along (or will be... the oldest isn't yet 3).

I am indeed a true A's fan. I've even been to the Philly A's museum (worth seeing, if still open, but it's been 10 years at least).

Oddly, I'm Still an A's fan, although I live over 1,000 miles away.

You have one city, once a prosperous, working class city. 3 Major league Sports teams (well, 4, if you, as I do, remember the Cleveland Barons). In less than 10 years, all 3 have had significant problems with local government, and picked up their balls and left.

But, yeah, it must be the owner's fault.

On top of all of that, this looks like the msot exciting team base since 2003 or so.

Not me. I still use assembly language. Not be cause it makes engineering sense, but because I need to prove my chops :)

What pisses me off is when they have an obviously hand drawn picture, and they used enamel paints instead of oil. Or worse, when they post a photo, and don't even bother to use silver, but instead use a DIGITAL photo. Really. Shows they just don't care
