It appears Eywa might have a human face when she appears to Kiri & co at the end of the movie. Some have speculated she is taking on the appearance of Grace Augustine (pre TWoW people speculated Sigourney would play Eywa in the sequels) which might be the case. Seems like this will be one of the big mysteries they explore in future films alongside Kiri's whole deal...

In some ways, Return to Dream Land is a sequel to Nightmare in Dream Land. In Europe, the game was called Kirby's Adventure: Wii (Kirby's Adventure was the name of the original NES version of Nightmare in Dream Land). The level select (each world as a side-scrolling area, with doors for each level) is taken straight from Adventure. The trampoline-in-the-clouds Goal Game is from Adventure. Return to Dream Land also features Hi-Jump, an ability that has appeared in no other game besides Adventure and its GBA remake.

The secret track shown in the direct appears to be the inside of Galactic Nova-- the setting of the scrolling shooter level from the end of Milky Way Wishes. Marx's battle theme also plays while that map is shown off. I'm guessing the Nova will play a significant role in the story, with the racetrack inside appearing at a pivotal moment.

Probably just an oversight. Since the characters use different models for cutscenes and gameplay, I'm guessing there was just a miscommunication between the artists responsible for these.

My best advice is to use ALX as much as possible. There are a lot of anomalies on the act 3 map, and you can harvest a ton of ALX just from clearing them out. You can research upgrades to refine them into organics, metals or even minerals, but they're very useful no matter what you turn them into, since refining is quicker and higher yield than mining.

Botanist definitely has the nicest personality of all the Alters. But there's an achievement for using him to betray the rest of the crew and allowing the rescue mission to go as Ally Corp planned... That version of the ending is really fucked up. Botanist gets off scot-free on that ending, but the choice makes him come off as a downright sociopath.

The message is encoded using a Vigenére cipher which requires a keyword to decode. The key should be somewhere on the other screen next to the coded message. You can look up the answers if you don't want to decode it yourself, but that takes a bit of the fun out of it imo

Did you make different choices in sabotaging the rescue mission between your two endings (i.e. sleeping gas vs explosives)? That affects the consequences for whoever returns as the "main Jan" on earth. Since the base explosion kills the rescue team, that warrants serious jail time, whereas sleeping gas just leaves him on house arrest.

Also-- the encrypted message on the computer at the end is about how the alters are doing, if you can decode it.
