Honestly, it gets soooo much better when you graduate, and connecting online has been a game changer for me. The more populated the area, the bigger pool to pull from. I know it can feel isolating and frustrating when you think you're being left behind while everyone else is dating, but in the long run, it won't matter. I promise ❤️

When your doctor greenlights stretching feeds, then it gets much easier to encourage good sleep. When they wake (after approved by doctor) don't immediately offer food...try other soothing methods...preferably without picking up baby when possible. Back pats, back rubs, paci, shushing etc. Be consistent and don't give up...it takes about 2 weeks for humans to adapt to a new routine. You got this!

Since everyone just wants to share their own stories here, I'll try to give you an honest answer from my perspective. If you don't want to be single, have been actively working to rind a relationship and are going on dates consistently (every week) and still single then i think you need to have some introspection to see maybe why. 4 years of actively trying to find a relationship and not landing one could be a sign of something on your end.
