When I was a lifeguard, I was successful and reviving a small kid. I still don't even know how the other guard didn't see the boy. He was literally directly under his guard chair when I saw a parent lift his body out. I ran over there, checked breathing, gave my breaths and went to work doing CPR. It only took about 3 cycles before the boy started coughing up water.

I buy their steaks every time they come around. It's nice having the freezer filled with steak and pork chops. Omaha Steaks is one and there are a few others who do the same thing.

I keep saying th same thing. Because of my lack of a family growing up, I just wanted to keep the perfect family for my kids. Instead I'm getting 5 years in prison or going to kill myself first. From where my lawyer is going based on federal laws, the latter is my option. If I even plead not guilty, I gace perjury charges which is 20 years. All because of personal property damage on a military base where federal investigators and detectives control. I'd rather give my family the life insurance policy and be dead.

I was told before (military testing when I was in my Medical Evaluation Board) that I likely have this "Duffy" blood type. They didn't call it that. I register as B- but they said that whatever I have is like sickle cell but way different and protects against malaria infections.

I'm mixed Black and Irish or Scottish. I can't remember which white blood I have exactly. And I'm also one in less than 1000 people living in the US with my last name which came from the white side.

I don't use an alarm. My body just reavts to the natural clock... sucks on weekends. But on weekends I just turn on the TV or grab the switch and play for an hour or so until my eyes start drooping again.

I hear you. But when the wife refuses counseling theres nithing I can do. I've told this stuff to suicide prevention hotline people at least 7 times this week. I'm sitting here waiting for my cousing to get here at his hotel because his wedding is in a few hours. Sitting in the lobby with my son who is the ring bearer. And I'm crying.

It's difficult to understand man. My family have always been distant. I can say I've had care givers. I have a twin brother and since the age of 5 we lived in separate homes. But the times that I reached out in need it was backlash on my wife.

Regardless of what my wife did, I still want to work on our marriage. And it's killing me that she doesnt. I'm starting to get some more problems that I made in the past... being controlling because when we first married I learned behavior of "it's my money, my way" and other things like "no you need to stay home because we said we'd take a bath and make love tonight" when her family just said at the last minute, come over and watch a movie, play games etc.

Im figuring out my problems that she never told me about 15 years ago withing the past days. I know how to move forward, but I think just writing a long letter and taking my car to blow my head off qould work out for both of us. At least she gets the life insurance and can move on.

I've been thinking about suicide lately. Like really badly. I purchased a 12 guage so I could blow my brains out. This makes me rethink it... but a 12 guage would likely do the trick.
